1.- LAUNCHER:

  • Elastic catapult launcher. Motorized arming of elastic bands for automatic UAV launch at 60 km/h take-off speed.
  • Launcher length: 6 m. (3 modules of 2m each).
  • For use on ground and medium size ship.
  • Installation time: less than 30 minutes.

2.- UNMANNED AIR VEHICLE (UAV)

  • Flying Wing type (built in composite materials: kevlar and carbon fiber)

  • Weight at take-off (maximum): 20 Kg.

  • Autopilot: APO4. Redundant data sources: GPS and inertial navigation. Automatic switching between sources. Tolerant to GPS data failure.
  • Flight plan pre-programmed. Possibility to change flight plan during the flight.
  • Pre-programmed security routines for forced landings (lack of communications, gasoline, or engine failure).
  • Data link with control station at 900 Mhz. within 100 km. distance. Data speed: 128kbps.
  • Real time video link at 2,4 Ghz, within 50 km. distance
  • Data and video link frecuencies can be modified to client specifications.
  • Payload: electro-optical, infrared or photo cameras.
  • Electro-optical video camera: 440.000 pixel resolution. 18x zoom.
  • Infrared video camera: 20.480 pixel resolution. No zoom. Spectral response from 7,5 to 13,5 microns.
  • Photo camera: from 7 to 14 M pixel resolution. Infrared filter optional
  • Giro stabilized gimbal. Pan and Tilt control of cameras. Target point out and tracking.

3.- TRACKING ANTENNA ON RECEPTION:

  • Directional antenna with tracking system (GPS controlled) for video reception.
